About

About LBR

L.B.R. was established in 1993.  It was contracted for its 1st major development in 1994.  L.B.R. has been growing every year since.  We are a sub contractor for several major developers in Westchester County.

L.B.R. purchased J. Tompkins Plumbing & Heating in 2002 and has been growing a service division since then. In 2006, we acquired Tony Vittoria to run the service division.

With his 38 years of experience, and customer service, we have been one of the most sought after service companies in the area.

With operations manager Wolfgang Bischoff, L.B.R. is now expanding into other areas of the plumbing market which we were never able to in the past.

This will make us one of the most diverse plumbing companies in the area.

A Recent Testimonial

Tony – and the ENTIRE LBR team – We want to thank you all once again for the incredible effort and experience around this project. As I mentioned to Tony today, it was the worst project we have had and could not have been better. We had received proposals from many other firms, all of them weak. Tony took a few days longer and came back with an incredibly well thought out plan on how to solve this problem with a minimal expense and with minimal delay to the organization.

I have worked in this field for over 30 years on projects from New York to Kuala Lumpur and with firms such as PCL, Bovis and Tishman. In all of these experiences and years, I have not come across a level of cooperation and understanding that LBR brought to this project. It is truly an example for anyone who brings up the idea of LEAN construction and cooperative development.

Tony worked with the entire HRHCare team, with a very difficult relation with the City and even with out patients to help ensure we provided the best services to the community we could. HRHCare is committed to be the health care provider for the City of Peekskill – over half the population receives their primary care at the 1037 Main St. site, but we also understand we don’t do this alone.

LBR may advertise as a plumbing contractor, but in restoring heat to our flagship site, you too became a health care provider, and for that our staff, our community, and me – personally – am grateful.

Thank you all again for the enormous effort, great attitude and responsiveness and goodwill. We look forward to working with LBR on our future projects.
